Super pretty, cup has a couple issues but overall does the job.

I asked for a picture of the item before shipping just to clear up anxiety and I never received any other communication other than “item shipped”. The straw was bent during shipping but other than that I do really like the cup. It's for my boyfriend so I can't really say how well it functions.
